应用简介:   

DSPE-PEG-COOH是芃硕生物一种带活性基团的磷脂PEG衍生物,DSPE和聚乙二醇结合具有亲水性和疏水性,聚乙二醇磷脂脂质体形成上等材料,能够用于药输送、基因转染和疫苗传递。聚乙二醇化磷脂可以明显的改善血循环时间和稳定封装药。羧基-COOH)可以和氨基形成稳定的酰胺键,也可以和羟基发生酯化反应

溶解性:DCM,DMSO

取用保存:现配现用,将产品从冰箱中取出,置于干燥器中缓慢升至室温,打开瓶盖,取用。取用后充入惰性气体,封口膜封口,拧紧瓶盖装入自封袋,及时放入冰箱。

注意事项:DSPE-PEG-COOH因为DSPE的原因,水溶性不好,PEG分子量5000以及以上水溶性会好一些
